I love transition. Helping teens make the transition into adulthood is like finding the toy in a cracker jack box. It brings me so much joy. It can be a challenging time for everyone involved but the reward is significant. My job in all this is to make the transition time less stressful. What better way than to develop a “catch-all” setting with everything transition related.
